House of Monet Knits is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers repairs for holes, snags, seam strengthening, and everyday wear and tear. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases for a lifetime.

Shipping

  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for your items to be shipped.  Please note, your item(s) may arrive sooner. A tracking number will be provided once the item(s) have shipped.

  • If there are any delays in your order (past the 21st day), a representative will contact you via phone or email.  

  • Please verify the information is correct when entered at checkout 

  • House of Monet Knits will not be responsible for wrong address' entered if package is returned to us.

Returns/Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return/exchange your item(s), please send your item(s) back in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  • ALL ORDERS WILL NOT BE FULLY REFUNDED. Once materials are purchased, your refund will be minus the cost of materials and shipping.  For example, if an item was purchased for $100, you will only receive a refund of $70 if the materials cost $30.  Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel/edit your order.   

  • All CUSTOM MADE ORDERS (designs that were created specifically for you) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. 

  • Please contact us via email or phone before any item(s) are returned.

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • House of Monet Knits will be happy to satisfy all customer returns, granted there is a valid reason for the return, i.e. wrong size, ill-fitting garments, etc.  ***Please provide pictures and proof for better understanding***

  • All returns are refunded back to the original purchase card minus the cost of materials and the $10 shipping cost, if applicable.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received.

  • House of Monet Knits does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
